Energy

You are in control of your own destiny. It's not a predetermined path that the universe has planned out for you since the day of your birth but it is a choice that you continually make every second of every day. However, the universe does not ignore you. The universe is made up of massive amounts of energy and you take part in it. I'm a firm believer in you get back what you put out. So good things tend to come back to those people who are constantly putting out positive energy into the universe. So take control of your destiny. Even when you feel like your life isn't in your own hands, just put out that positive energy and see what happens. I'm willing to bet that the universe will send a little help your way when you least expect it. It might not take the form of what you want but you can believe it'll be exactly what you need.....

Conquer

It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell. Human beings, we have dark sides. We have dark issues in our lives. To progress anywhere in life, you have to face yourself and know that you are in control of your journey. If you don't deal with your demons, they will deal with you, and it will hurt.....

Relief

Creativity is the tonic, the relief for pain. It's usually a big kind of vent of frustration or anger or sadness that puts me in the right frame of mind to write. It's such a cliche to say that artists write when they're down, but it's true for me. It's a relief to get out what's eating away at my heart or my soul or my head. So be creative today and find relief from whatever demons are surrounding you.....

The Shay Saga - Part VIII This isn't the first time I've been somebody's dark secret or sidepiece or whatever you want to call it. This is not the first time I've played this game. Monogamy is for people later in life or once you reach a certain level with someone. However, this is the first time I've actually cared about my position and I don't know what to do about it. The fucked up part about being a secret in someone else's life, means that I can't talk to anyone about it or else it violates the unspoken rules of the whole thing. Just writing this out is walking a fine line but if I can't talk to myself about all of this, who can I? Especially since talking to the other party involved doesn't really give me any answers so I might as well talk to myself anyway... The Shay Saga - Part I When you see someone posting on social media about all these brand new feelings they're having but you know damn well you've been there for over a year providing those same feelings, it kinda makes you feel like you were less than nothing. One day, someone will fight for your love with the same ferocity that you have been fighting with and then you'll know that all the pain you've been suffering through has been worth it. Don't pave the road for others to walk down, find the person who's willing to pave the road for you and walk it together...
